Investigation#1

We got to the location around 6:30pm on Tuesday March 10th 2009.   I sat down with the owners of the home and listened while they told me what was happening.  They told us that the activity happens all the time.  It doesn't happen at curtain times.  They have had items in there house shack and thrown.  There youngest daughter has seen a little boy come out of her closet in her room and talk to her.  They have seen an older lady with gray hair walk in to there house from the back yard and have also seen her around the house.  From talking to the owners there was an older lady that lived there at one point and she died outside of the house.

After listening to the owners, we got Dave to come in the house to do a walk through.  Since Dave is the medium, he waits outside until we talk to the owners about there experiences.  We do not tell him anything  about the house. 

Dave and Darren picked places for us to place our infrared cameras in the house.  We set up all of our equipment and got ready for the investigation.  We set three cameras up in the house.  One was placed in the hallway on the second floor.  The second was placed in the little girls room facing the closet and the door.  The third was placed in the attic, where Dave got a strong feeling at.

As we started the investigation, we spit up into two teams.  Lee and myself went to the little girls room and Dave and Darren went up to the attic. 

I walked into the little girls room and started asking questions.  Normally, I would feel the presents of something, but I didn't.  We took several pictures in the room and moved down the hallway towards another room.  Lee told me he felt something strong coming from the bathroom.  I turned and walked into the bathroom to see if I felt anything.  I started asking if anyone was here with us.  We waited a few minutes and then moved again towards the next room.  I again started to ask questions and take pictures.  Lee was using the EMF detector and it wasn't showing anything very high.

When Dave and Darren came down from the attic, Lee and I went up to see if we could get anything.  Darren and Dave stated that while they were asking questions, the smell of a cigar started to fill the room.  After hearing that, we got a little excided.  When we got up to the attic we both picked a spot on the floor to sit at.  Lee asked me if I smelled cigar smoke and said, "Yes".  We knew the owners didn't smoke in the house and that they didn't smoke cigars.  I started asking questions again.  During that, Lee told me that he felt someone up there with us.  After a while for some reason  Lee started to get sick.  (People have been known to get sick when the energy levels get high.)  We waited for a little bit to see if he'd get better, but he didn't so we walked down stairs to meet up with Dave and Darren.

Darren and Dave were sitting in the little girls room.  Darren was video tapping while Dave was ghost writing.  Like I said at the beginning, we did not tell Dave anything about what was happening in the house.  Dave started to tell me that he saw a little boy in the girls room.  He comes in and out of the closet.  He also said there was an older lady in the house and she was mad for some reason.  He started to tell us about a third spirit that was up in the attic and it was a middle age man that committed suicide in the house.

As Dave and Darren headed back up to the attic, Lee and I went into the bathroom again to see if we could get anything.  I walked around the bathroom and asked questions.  I walked over towards the sink and asked for a sign that they could hear me.  I asked them to make a noise or a tug on my shirt.  I waited for a moment and when I started to walk away I felt a small tug on the back of my shirt.  This was the very first time that I got touched by a spirit.  I called Lee to come over and take a picture of me.  When he did, he showed me it and there was a orb behind me where my shirt was tugged at. 

After Dave and Darren finished up stairs, they came down and I told them what happened.   They told us that something happened to them as well.  While they were up in the attic Dave was asking the little boy spirit to roll a ball back to him.  Dave rolled a ball on the floor of the attic and it rolled back.

Even though we didn't see an apparition, we were very happy with how the investigation went.  We got to experience some paranormal activity...
