  History

 

                     This is a club that originated in 1922 by the Germans.  They ran the private club  up into the 1960’s.  No one that wasn’t German and couldn’t speak it was aloud to enter the club.  

            Now, the president of the club facilitates it, but the membership is private.  The current woman who coordinates the facility has said to see paranormal activity going up and down the stairway, leading to her upstairs apartment.  Another strange occurrence is the feeling of being watched in the secluded bowling alley, and the room for the tap system.

            Kyle (Investigator) and his father did a walk through and noted voices on the IC recorder, and Kyle was mysteriously touched in the shoulder.  A second, even stranger occurrence was when Kyle had the IC recorder propelled from his hand, but no one was around. At the time there were only he and his father in the room.  The evidence from the IC recorder detected a young girl talking and two older voices telling her to be quiet.

                                                                                                                                   Investigation #2

 

            The Pennsylvania Ghost & Paranormal Research Team arrived at the club at 10:00pm.  Joe, Sue, Kim, Kyle, Dave and I were the investigators present.  I showed the investigators that weren't there the last time where people have heard strange things.  We set up our cameras in three areas.  The first camera was put in the bar, facing the dance floor.  The second camera was put in the bowling alley.  The third camera was put in the back room near the cooler.  We got our equipment together and broke up into groups.  Kyle and I were in the first group.  Dave, Kim and some friends of the owner were in a different group.  Joe and Sue were paired together as well.  Kyle and I started our investigation in the back room near the cooler.  Dave, Kim and his group started in the bowling alley.  Joe and Sue started on the dance floor.  I walked to the back room and started asking questions.  Kyle moved to the far end of the room and started taking pictures.  I turned off the flashlight and stood still while i asked questions.  We heard strange noises as we were there.  With all the equipment running we couldn't verify what the noise was. 

                Dave, Kim and there group, made their way back through the bowling alley.  Dave explained how he felt while they moved through the area.  They started capturing photos and asking questions.  Dave could feel that there was a girl in the area that was murdered.  He explained to the others what he felt and they were very interested in the whole story.  Dave's feelings can be wrong during the investigations.  All the other investigations that I did with him, showed me that he was right most of the time. 

                After Kyle and I were done in the back room, we moved out to the dance floor.  I could fell that there was a presence in the building.  I took pictures in every direction, so if something is here I would catch it.  We moved past the dance floor and went to the bowling alley as Dave was leaving.  As soon i entered the alley, I took a picture.  We moved slowly through the bowling towards the back.  We sat on the floor and started to ask questions.  Joe and Sue joined Kyle and I during this investigation.  I didn't hear or see anything while we were back in that area.  It just seemed that the activity was not as high at this time.  We walked back out where everyone else was and we decided that if there was anything here we would have captured something.  Joe and I started to pack up and we got everyone and left.
